CASTILLA-
LA MANCHA

Castilla-La Mancha is a region with great natural wealth.

In the heart of the peninsula, its landscape basically consists of huge cereal fields and wasteland for grazing herds and flocks, although there are also important hill and mountain ranges, like the Sistema Central (in the north), the Sistema Ibérico (in the north-east), Sierra Morena and the Montes de Toledo (in the south). Castilla-La Mancha has three national parks and many areas of interest.

Its climate is Mediterranean with a tendency towards attenuated continental, with low rainfall, something which makes its temperatures quite cold in winter and warm in summer.
