Sigüenza (Guadalajara)

This building in the Plaça Major is a reproduction of the one in Sigüenza called Casa del Cabildo (House of the Council) which closes the north side of the Cathedral's atrium. In Plateresque style with three windows and two coats of arms between them, one with the Virgin's jug and the other of a Bishop, which in the original corresponds to Fadrique de Portugal.

It was built between 1512 and 1532. In El Poble Espanyol some porches which do not exist on the original were added to the lower part.
