LEON
The kingdoms of Castile and Leon played a very important historical role in the Middle Ages and during the Reconquest.
Many examples of art and culture have survived from these periods, from which Castilla-Leon has very important historic-artistic sites, where a good part of Spanish history can be followed.
Its cathedrals, convents, monasteries, castles and walled cities provide a unique experience and are a good example of heritage conservation. In addition, this Community has an environment rich in natural parks and unmatched natural landscapes.
