Casa del
siglo XV

Segovia
All indications are that this 15th-century house, generally called Juan Bravo's house, did not belong to him, as Charles V's order to "remove, break and hack off all emblems, coats of arms and stamps" that might provide a reminder of the houses of the Comunero rebels and their supporters was rigorously carried out everywhere, and even more so in the case of that belonging to that Segovian captain.
The Marquis of Lozoya believes the building was ordered by the Vázquez de Cepeda and then by the Tordesillas, linked with the Tapias, to whom the arms belong.
