Barcelona Theatre School
The Barcelona Theatre School began in 1983 at the initiative of Jordi Mesalles and Joan Ollé, theatre directors. It is a private alternative offering training to future actors and actresses and which, in terms of teaching, is defined as being an open offer in the field of acting training.
It is a plural school, intended to teach the different theatrical methods and with a desire to incorporate new trends.
DESCRIPTION
The school's curriculum includes courses working with different methods: Stanislavsky, Lecoq, Uta Hagen, techniques working
with the body (Tai Ji Quan, Aikido), Gestual Theatre, Energy and Imagination, Text Analysis, the Game, Voice Technique, Clowning
and other disciplines.
